Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 101/2018, we wish to inform you of the following:

Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis:
Your personal data, freely provided by you for the purpose of your application and collected by us, will be lawfully and fairly processed for the following purposes: evaluation of the submitted CV and, if applicable, drafting and subsequent presentation of an employment contract.
The data is relevant, complete, and not excessive in relation to the above-stated purposes for which it is collected and subsequently processed.
The data will be processed, with the necessary security and confidentiality, through the following means: data collection from the data subject, processing carried out without the aid of electronic or automated tools, and data storage for the period strictly necessary to evaluate the CV and conduct potential interviews.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is the CV voluntarily submitted by you, which we will evaluate if your profile matches the needs of an open position.

Lawfulness of Processing:
Pursuant to Article 6, the lawfulness of processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (letter f of Article 6): the selection of new human resources to be added to the company’s workforce. Consent for the processing of personal data contained in CVs is not required under Article 111-bis of Legislative Decree 101/2018.

Please Note:
The processing of your data may also involve special categories of information (if you voluntarily include them in your CV), pursuant to Article 9 (formerly known as sensitive data). In this regard, it is noted that “special categories of data” under Article 9 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 refers to:
"any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.”

Recipients or Categories of Recipients to Whom the Data May Be Disclosed:
The data is not subject to communication and/or dissemination and is processed solely by the Data Controller and authorized internal staff/collaborators.

Intention of the Data Controller to Transfer Personal Data Abroad:
The Data Controller may transfer your personal data to a third country or international organization, solely for technical purposes, and exclusively within the European territory.

Retention Period:
Your personal data will be retained beyond the interview only if your application is considered of interest for the position sought by the company. In such case, it will be kept for the entire duration of the employment relationship and for 10 years following its termination.

Existence of Automated Decision-Making:
There is no automated decision-making process; your data will not be subject to profiling.

Obligation to Provide Personal Data and Consequences of Non-Disclosure:
Providing your personal data is entirely optional. However, failure to provide it will result in the termination of the selection process and your CV will not be retained.

Articles 15-21 Regulation 679/2016 – Right of access to personal data and other rights –

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exists, even if not yet

recorded, and to receive communication of such data in an intelligible form. The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding:

the origin of the personal data; the purposes and methods of the processing; the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

the identifying details of the data controller, the processor, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;

the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representatives in the State’s territory, as processors, or as persons in charge of the processing. The data subject has the right to obtain: the updating, the rectification, or, when interested, the integration of the data; the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; the certification that the operations referred to under letters a and b have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed, except where this requirement proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for conducting market research or commercial communication.

In particular, the data subject may at any time request from the data controller access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data or restriction of processing concerning him or her or object to the processing, in addition to the right to data portability. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal and has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
